Download Application staus with AIP PR application appeared

Hi team,
I submitted the AIP PR application online and now I can see its available to download like this. Before this option was no available. What is this mean?

It seems to be a new feature that IRCC has added to the site. It doesn't mean anything with regards to the status of your application.
