Hi Dears,
I have a question. My son 17 years old, has Down Syndrome. I would like to immigrate to Quebec through Investor Stream, and I myself will fund and pay for all my son medical expenses.
Will I pass the medical checks for my son? or CIC will refuse my case?
Thanks so much for your prompt response.

Best regards,

Unfortunately there's a very high probability CIC will refuse your application due to your son's condition.

The immigration minister has announced that there will be changes on the medical inadmissability criteria in April. Keep checking the news.
