Doubts regarding filing FD-258 Finger print form for USA police clearance.

Hi All,

I am filing the FD-258 Finger print form for USA police clearance. I have an Indian Passport, where I have Given Name and Last name. So basiclaay I dont have a middle name, What should I write in the "Middle Name" field as i dont use one. Also which number should i write in "Miscellanous No. (MNU)" field.

Do NOT write anything on Middle Name field if you do NOT have middle name.

Are you sure? I read some where that you should write NMN? DId you apply for PCC USA and get it ?

Do not write anything for middle name if you do not have one. Leave it blank. I got my FBI PCC and I left it blank.
