Doubts...pls help

When we submit our full application to local visa office..do we need to submit..birth certificate and leaving certificate of my and my wife's parents? i am filinf for me and my wife only....but some where i read that..we need to submit both parents LC and Birth certi too?

Pls guide me..

I think you will submit your parents' birth certificate if you need to prove that you have a relative in Canada.
