Doubts on filling application

Hi,
I'm filling out my application and run into some doubts.
On the IMM0008 form, CSQ is it necessary?? I'm aiming to go to Alberta or Ontario for work, not Quebec, so what should I do?
On the IMM5669E form, in section 8 (personal history), I've only worked in my country, so my question is what should I write down in the Status In Country slot?
On the imm0008_3e form, in section 10, will I need any bank statement for proof of my assets/liabilities to send with my application or will it be on a later stage?

About the documents, as for now I don't have a valid passport, do I need to get one in order to fill out the rest of my application or should I only get it later? And as additional documents should I provide copies of my National ID Card???

On the IMM5669E form, in section 8 (personal history), I've only worked in my country, so my question is what should I write down in the Status In Country slot? (Citizen)

On the imm0008_3e form, in section 10, will I need any bank statement for proof of my assets/liabilities to send with my application or will it be on a later stage? (You have to send it with application)

And as additional documents should I provide copies of my National ID Card??? (yes you have to provide it and translation also if National ID card in other than English)

About my education, which level should I put down, the one I got in my country, or the one from my equivalencies issued by WES.
My family members in the background declaration, I put down that my mom has passed away. My question is regarding the additional family information form, what do I put down in the marital status and present address for my mom??

About my education, which level should I put down, the one I got in my country, or the one from my equivalencies issued by WES. (I could not understand question how much i understand you should put up your latest qualification according to years mean go up ward from 1999 to 2003....)

To exercise my profession in Canada I have to have my course "certified", and that's where my doubt is. In Portugal I have a Licenciate Degree, and when I asked for equivalencies at WES (World Education Services) so that I can get certified by the Board Of Professional Surveyors, the people from WES gave me a Masters Degree. So my question is what should I put down as my education since Licenciate Degree isn't on the list.

Actually dear this is latest information....in latest application .....we are old applicant and did not face such a situation you may create another thread for this for more opinion........Im unable to comment over it.....if you have any other inquiry feel free to contact.......regards,,,,,,,,
