what are the main diseases which dey r considered about..is it applicable on hereditary diseases....one of my friend have NASH a hereditary disease which is affecting the liver ,does he qualify the test?

is this applicable to NASH ...because it can only be identified by a biopsy of the liver ... is it admissible?
