Even I have few doubts on GIC. Please help!

1. Is offer letter from University important for GIC?

2. What if we decide to change the university after paying GIC fees? Is it a normal process? Please elaborate.

3. What time frames should we consider for GIC account creation; Amount transfer; confirmation letter or certificate? Total process of how many days?
