Hi guys,

I'm going to complete my masters in India by end of july and want to apply for a graduate certificate program in CA. Will it be fine if I apply or will there be any issues from college/for visa?

I'm going to apply for a relevant degree only so can I do that or I need to hide info regarding my masters and show only degree certificates?

Will they accept my application or reject it as I have already completed my masters?

Hiding your Masters is a terrible idea. First of all, it's misrepresentation (lying in your application). It's always a bad idea to lie in an immigration application since you can end up with a ban. Secondly, if you ever want to apply for PR - you will deftinitely want to claim the Masters and you may run into complications if you've failed to declare this education in previous applications to Canada.

You should take a post graduate rather than graduate diploma.

Oh but what if I showed some work experience for that 2 years and completely hided my master's and never mentioned about it even in PR?

Graduate certificate is equivalent to post graduate right?

You're not going to get help here if your aim is to misrepresent information in your application. You're on your own.

Sounds like you also haven't bothered to research Canada's immigration programs to understand why you will most likely need your Masters when you apply for PR.

I didn't research about PR because I'm not interested in it. I'm just planning for study and I asked about the job thing because yesterday I went to a consultancy and they said I can't get seat/visa from Canada If I show my masters degree and they said they will provide experience certificate but I don't understand why I need to hide it?

What's wrong in doing masters and then doing a graduate certificate program? I can do double masters right but why they won't allow it?

I'm planning to apply for relavent field only
