I have nail psoriasis on my hand nails and toe nails as well. Will this anyway affect my PR Process and lead to visa rejection?

Please guide me in this regard

Thanks for taking time and clarifying my doubt. Just an additional info I would like to seek. Should I inform my panel doctor about this condition (nail psoriasis) as a good will or leave it for him or her to identify? Just wanted to be sure on how I should handle this during the medicals.
