Was about to send my docs in and read this. "if a sponsor will receive correspondence for, or act in any way on behalf of the principal applicant, the applicant must complete the representative form"

My husband is the sponsor and im the principal applicant. Does this mean i have to fill up this form?

If you want him to be your rep, yes.

You can always send it in later... Nothing to hold up the application.

If I (sponsor) am appointing myself as the representative, do I have to sign this form in 2 places?

One as the representative and the other as the co-signer below the principal applicant?

Could you explain? Are you sponsoring a minor?

No I'm sponsoring my wife.

Section 10 of the form has 2 signatures. One for the applicant and one for the spouse in case of sponsorship application.

Am I supposed to sign both in Section 8 and 10?

It sounds to me like you've answered your own question.

If you are both sponsor spouse and rep, you sign in the appropriate places.
