I am applying on Post Graduation Work Permit.

What does this mean on Document Checklist??

Labour Market Opinion (LMO)
OR
Evidence of Exemption
Attach copy
Current LMO(s) from Service Canada/ESDC, include a copy of the
Confirmation Letter and Annex
--If an LMO does not exist, provide the documents to show the exemption
used for the work permit (e.g. North American Free Trade Agreement, Post-
Graduation Work Permit, etc.)
--If the Candidate is not working as a temporary foreign worker, the
Alberta Employer must provide details on the efforts made to hire a
Canadian

Is it I attach Post Graduate Work Permit?

So in a nuttshell your employer has to write that what efforts has been done to fill this position . or you can say in other words that why hiring a canadian worker was unsuccessfull rather than hiring a foreign worker like you ...

But I have no LMO. I am on Post Graduate Work Permit. Also I am not Temp. Foreign Worker.

So isnt it simple that I just have to put my Open Work Permit as a document?

what are you exactly trying to apply?

Post graduate work permit (first time)?

or PR application to CIC?

if you are on PGWP, I think you are in wrong application form to apply
