Doubt about w-1 and wx-1 work permit visa

Hi I am nimal from Srilanka
I have some questions about what are the difference between w-1 visa and wx-1 visa.
Next one is if I have any of this visa I need to work in the selected work permit issued company or can I work in my own.

W-1 is a work permit. The conditions of that work permit will be written on the work permit itself. If there is an employer listed on the work permit, you can only work for that employer.

WX-1 is a business visa. This allows you to visit Canada for only a very short period of time to do business. It does not allow you to move to Canada or live here or work here long term.
