Well generally construction job offers tend to be fake. In this case vincigroup.ca web domain only set up 9/30 which is often an indication of a cloned website.

It's fake. Their "projects" page includes descriptions of projects that were actually built by other companies. They also laughably claim to have built the Toronto subway extension, which was actually built by a Spanish and Abu Dhabi company:

You do not want to share personal information and documents with scammers. Yes - there is certainly a chance they could use your documents without your authorization to commit fraud. Or they could resell your documents to others. You certainly do NOT want to give them copies of any IDs such as passports or national IDs.

Real employers NEVER request an experience certificate. Also, the term CV is not used in Canada. This is absolutely no chance this is real. Why on earth would you send them anything if it's guaranteed this is a scam?
