Just wanted to say a big thanks to everybody who offered support, advice and guidance throughout this process. My husband received his Passport with the Visa affixed today ( dated Nov.23/09), so looks like all that's left to do is the landing; which he'll be doing in early January. So from the time we sent off the application to the date stamped on his passport/visa was almost 3 months to the day....pretty quick turnaround!! Anyway, thanks again and best of luck to you all.

Congrats! :)
And good luck with your new life! :)

Very big CONGRATS. :) You and your husband enjoy it.

I love hearing good news like this. Knowing that there will be happiness at the end of this. That all of it, no matter how much stress we obtain during it, is worth it.

Tell your husband I said WELCOME TO CANADA!
Doesn't it feel good knowing that once he arrives he won't have to leave again...EVER. Of course only if he wants to for vacation. ;)

Congrats!!! Enjoy your life together!!! Looks like Buffalo is doing quite well these days... with (a rough average of months taken to recieve PPR request from Buffalo) a good 4-5 month AVERAGE! Woohoo!

FANTASTIC!!!! Congrats and look me up when you get to BC!

Congratulations! :)

You're still here. :) Yay!
Tell me, how are you?
You and your husband enjoying as much of Canadian life as you can, I assume. Lol.

Hey Whoppi:

GOod on ya mate!

Does this mean you'll be leaving the forum to lead a real life! LOL

Be sure to warn your spouse about the Canadian winter; otherwise he might turn around and take the next flight out.

Congrats.
My family landed last week at the Peace Bridge...

Hi Diddagirl,

How are you doing? I am looking your timeline and see that you will have an interview with Buffalo visa officer, is it right?
I will have interview with them in Feb 2010. Just wanna share some experiences with you.
