Done submitting the application. How to track and be updated?

Hi

We have submitted our application couple of days ago and sent it to Mississauga from India. My spouse is a Canadian citizen temporarily staying with me in India.

They have mentioned on the website about online tracking. How does it work? I have a log in to a portal that gives me access to the payment receipt. Is the tracking on the same profile too or do they sent across another login on the receipt of the application?

Hey
You will get an email from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada with
Unique Client Identifier(UCI) Number
Application Number
they will tell you "To link your application to your online account"
To continue processing your application, you must link your application to an online account
after completing those step u will be able to login to GCKEY to see ur application status
what u have to do right now just keep on eyes on ur email

I applied for TRV and my wife is with me now here in Canada. We are applying for Inkand application. Will I be able to link her account anyway as she already has a UCI?
