Done medical exam,then CIC still asking

hi everyone,

I got a case, a friend of mine done medical exam in March but the online account havent change that CIC received his medical exam. Today he received email reminder from CIC that he should take medical exam which is he did. Means CIC never received his medical result. Today we called the doctor and doctor said he already sent it and now he cannot open/take back the form from CIC website. He will try again in monday.

Does anyone has case like this? Please share your experience would be helpfull.

Nothing to worry. Just send Medical (IME form) again to CIC via CSE.

Same happened to me. I did medical exam in March, cic dint receive it. I got medical request again today. So I am sending CSE again. I hope it doesn't delay application processing time.
