Hello everyone,
I’m an American male who’s been victimized from domestic violence. The mother of my child who I filed numerous police reports against has been arrested numerous times and the judge who’s been handling the case has been allowing to continue to be released out to the general public where she’s been hurting numerous other people including my son who’s been emotionally and mentally abused. I filed at least 32 police reports against her and nothing has been done about it.

I’ve been informed from mutual aquantinces that she’s been abusing drugs, she and her boyfriend has put a bounty on my head to have me killed to keep me away from my son and so I don’t testify in court on the trail date. Can anyone help me and my son get into your country where I believe that we’ll find peace and gender equality out there?

Thank you for taking the time to read my thread.

Unfortunately the refugee / asylum stream isn't an option for you since you are American.

If you wish to move permanently to Canada, you will need to apply to immigrate through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. I would recommend that you start by researching the Express Entry program which is a points-based program where those with the most points are selected out of the pool. You need to have 440+ points to be selected. Points are awarded based on things like education, age, language abilities and work experience. If you have enough points to be selected out of the candidate pool quickly, you can have PR within 6 months. You can find more info about this particular immigration program here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

If you don't already have it, start working on getting sole legal custody of your child. You will need sole legal custody in order to remove your child from the U.S. and move to Canada (or you need the other parent's written permission if you don't have sole custody).

Consider getting a restraining order and move to a different city or state? The courts are unlikely to keep someone like that incarcerated until they commit a major crime, yes it's a sad reality but understandable considering our prison population which is well over 2.4 million now.
I really hope things get better for ya!

Is asylum really not an option for Americans, or you meant not an option for his specific case?

For Americans in general. There is pretty much zero chance of success.
