Domestic help, caregiver, Nanny etc....

Hi there,
We are expecting our third child, our elder one just started school this year (4.5 year's old), younger one is 2.5 year's old. How can we get some domestic help during and after delivery ? We don't have any family members here ! Can we bring any care takers or nanny from outside Canada (Home country) or can we hire someone here ? Can my husband take paternal leave for couple of weeks without loosing his job ? How can we find someone to pick up and drop off my elder son as he doesn't have school bus ? Kindly advice.......

FYI: We are in Durham region.

You can chose to either hire someone who is already in Canada to be a caretaker/nanny or hire someone from outside of Canada. If you hire someone from outside of Canada, you will need to go through the LMIA process which takes a number of months to complete. More information about this process here:
