Hello everyone!

Well, my hubby-to-be has 2 beautiful kids with a blood sucker woman.
I'd like to know if when I start working and my hubby-to-be and I start doing taxes together, can she touch any of the money I make?
How does the whole taxes thing work?

Cheers!

Do you mean this woman is a female vampire?

Hahahahaha!!!! Almost that!! =]

Gotta hate them vampires :)

If you mean child support or alimony, I believe both are calculated solely using his income; yours doesn't factor in, even when you file taxes together. Have a look at these pages, explains a bit more.

However, if he were to fall behind on the payments, that could affect you. The government could take money out of a joint bank account, place a lien against property you both own etc.

Thanks a lot!!

Cheers!
