doing business with Canadian

hi, i am waiting for LMO, and going to start my job very soon, but my owner has offered me partnership in his restaurant, so, can i partner up with him? i can arrange enough money to invest. i am in Saskatchewan, is there any way out? i want to settle down as soon as i can, that's why i want to do this.
any suggestions would highly appreciate.

Yes you can do business with the canadian citizen but make sure to give atleast 25% share to your canadian partner.
