I attended university from 2012-2016 but did not complete all the subjects because I had two backlogs that I cleared in 2018. I have been working since 2016 as a software engineer and my NOC is 2173. My question is can I count work experience for years 2016-2018 for NOC 2173 as it is before graduation or does experience only count after graduation? Anybody who had similar scenario please comment and guide me what can I do in this situation?
