Does WES evaluate engineering degree credential (lateral entry to second year) if diploma transcripts are not submitted

Hi All,

I have done my 4 year Diploma in Electronics from Premlila Vithaldas Polytechnic (SNDT University) and then got lateral entry to B.E. (Mumbai University).
I would like to know if WES will evaluate my engineering degree credential (three year course as it was lateral entry to second year), if diploma transcripts are not submitted?

Kindly request advise on this please.
