Does WES consider Fellow Member of ACCA equivalent to Masters

Hello Everyone,
I have recently become the fellow member of ACCA, and I visited a consultant today who told me that fellow member of ACCA gets the equivalency of Master's Level. And he stressed that he is confident about that.
WES has already considered my Membership of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant equal to 4 years bachelor.
Can anyone help me with my question.
