Does visiting Iraq has a negative effect on my PR application?

I recently (2 months ago) submitted my PR application. It is not final yet, but I might have to visit Iraq for business purposes. I was wondering if Iraq stamp on my passport would have any adverse effects on my application?

Do I also have to report every country I visit after I submit my application? I will also visit United Arab Emirates, Germany and Macedonia in the next 2 months.

just make sure dont stay for 6 months , because then you will need to provide police certificate
