Does US work experience count in securing more CRS points?

Hello,
I have worked in US under H1B visa for a few years. Similar to LMIA, my American company had filed LCA (Labor Condition Application). We had regular interactions with our design and development studio in Canada on a daily basis and I have also been to Canada for work purpose. Can i seek Canadian work experience points for this or does it have to be strictly under LMIA?

No.

It doesn't have to be under LMIA, but you have to had legal employment in Canada to count under CEC.

Canadian work experience needs to be obtained on a valid Canadian work permit to be considered. Could be on PGWP, ICT, international mobility program WP, LMIA supported WP or open work permit obtained by spouses.

All valid work experiences have equal points, whether you worked in US as senior manager at Google or Microsoft making half a million a year or you worked as a manager at a small corner retail store in Bangladesh making $10k a year.

No - you can't seek Canadian work experience points.
