I am an Indian. When I was 14years old that is in 2014, me and my family applied for a visiting Visa to US and it was rejected under the section 214-b.
Later when I became a major citizen in India , my passport was renewed and my passport number was also changed.
Now am 18years old and after 4yrs ,now am applying for Canadian study permit. I got admission in a college and I paid my fees as well as my GIC amount but still my parents are my sponsors and they don't have a good financial background .
Does these problems, that is, US visa rejection and bad financial backgrounds, affects my Canadian study visa in this situation?

In such case, try to arrange for education loan from SBI or other public bank. Otherwise, you should not have any problem because you have already obtained GIC and paid tuition fees.

Sir,I have enough money for my education then why should I take a loan?
Is US visiting Visa and Canadian study VISA related?
According to the new SDP program the rules are very strict and do I have to present the bank statements of my parents' account?
How can I convince the VISA officer through my SOP? What strong points should I include in it?
What can be the reasons for the rejection of my visa in such a situation?
Actually am really tensed as I have no other backup plans other than this. That's why a sequence of questions are asked here.Excuse me for that.

In your original post you mentioned that your parents are sponsor and they don't have a good financial background. That is why I suggested for bank loan. Now you are saying you have enough money.

Anyways, while applying for Canadian Study Visa there is section in which you need to mention previous visa rejection for any country. I don't think this will affect your application as you were minor way back then.

Strong SOP is nothing but a cover letter that is expected to answer some of the following questions
1. How the chosen program is going to help you in future?
2. Why have you chosen that particular Uni or College and why Canada?
3. After program completion why will you return to your home nation?
4. Your financial ability to support your education and stay.
5. Your ability to successfully complete the program within stipulated time frame.

While writing SOP make sure it is minimum Band-7 type of IELTS Writing. With proper grammar, no spelling mistakes, proper paragraph organization, thesis statement, conclusion, etc etc ...

In short, just prove your "Ache Din" are going to come only and only if your are offered visa to study the program chosen.
