I’m saran from singapore, I’m an Indian I’m working here for 6 years , my brother is a permanent resident of Canada, I have applied trv thrice but refused , now I got a lmia my consultant going to apply for a work permit.. my question is I have done diploma and bachelors degree I used to apply both for trv, now my consultant going to apply work permit by using diploma qualification only. If apply like does it make any issues can anyone has experience like please advise ASAP.

Yes - this may impact your work permit application if the refusals were recent. When did they happen?
 
As the refusals have been very recent, it could cause an issue with your work permit.
 
These reasons will come up when you apply for you work permit too unfortunately. I would suggest applying for GCMS/CAIPS notes to understand the reason(s) you were denied for definite, as these reasons are found on a lot of refusals (generic). Then you can start trying to sort them.

In gcms notes did they mention specific reasons?
