Me and my Fiancee are about the apply for skilled immigration visa. We have been living together for over a year which sounds like we are in a common law relationship.
The only issue is that she had to pay rent at her old place till 6 months ago due to the contract she signed. She lived at my place (I owned th apartment) and never went to her old place, but on her bank records it will clearly state she paid rent.
I didn't ask for any rent money from her during this time to help her out
Will this be an issue or should we just state our situation in our application?
