My student visa was refused by IRCC more than three times, and even I completed my first semester online with a good GPA. I applied for ATIP for my visa refusals but did not get any ATIP until now. My previous academic was not good because of an accident. I justify everything in my LOE, but nothing is happening in my favour.

Completing education online without an approved SP is a major risk. You now have paid fees for your studies which won't be refundable.

Unfortunately, it is a risk to start your program online, before the visa officers approve your study permit. What were the reasons for the rejection three times? Did you do anything to change the situation or address the reason for rejection, when you re-applied both times?
