Does the title "HEAD OF IT" is considered under NOC 213

Hello Friends,

Does "HEAD OF IT" is considered under NOC 213 or they are specific about "0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers" ?

Although "Head of IT" is step it title from IT Manager and I know for sure it is widen up title compared to what IT managers do.

Comments please?

The title is not important, the duties are important.

Thanks, which boils down to our excel format where we mentioned brief about duties and job responsibilities under "activity".
