i worked for 5 months for a small company with 4-5 employees.
can i use this experience for CEC.

As long as you have T4, it's fine otherwise not.

People have been put under review because no information could be found on their company - usually this happens with small companies.
Does the company have a website? If so then you'll have no problem. If not then make sure the company registration details match up to the office location.
