Does the reference letter has to be stamped by company official seal?

I've found a link to the old CEC document checklist as the link below. #10 stated that the reference letter has to be stamped by company official seal. I know this is an old document checklist, but not much of it has been changed. Should we still follow the restriction of having to have it stamped? Thank you!

I would stamp - since it doesn't hurt better to be safe than to be sorry.

If you can't get a stamp, have the signature on it and possibly the busin

IRCC posts current requirements on its website, you should concentrate on making sure you meet THOSE requirements.
