Hi there,
I lost my visitor status after I got married and was waiting for the marriage certificate to send my sponsorship application. It took me 557 days to get my PR.
now I have my PR for two years. My questions is Can I apply now with those non-status days?

Every 2 days non PR stay will count for 1 day with maximum 1 year. If you have 2 years PR plus one year non PR, you should be eligible for citizenship.

This only works if you have a valid status in Canada (work permit, study permit, visitor Visa). If you dont have any status in Canada it doesn't count at all
