Hi there,

I am on implied Status of Post Graduate Work Permit(PGWP), I got a job offer from an early-stage startup company.
I am in Canada with my partner, I need to have at least 6 months contract and 3 payslips to be able to extend my partner Open Work Permit, should the employer have any specific requirements? is it ok to work in an early-stage startup company?

thanks in advance

The job needs to be NOC A, B or 0. That's really the only requirement.

Thanks so much for replying, it is on NOC A, but I think I am the first employee that they are hiring, I don't know if the company who hires need to have any specific status like good standing, or any minimum wage?

You'll want to make sure you are being paid a salary that is in-line with your job / NOC.
