does the embassy keep track of our information?

hi everyone..

just want to ask some thought from you guys!do u know if the embassy keep track of the information we have in our previous application.im planning to submit another application for TWP for a food service attendant since my application for supervisor in a resto was denied before.and i wanted to correct some of the employment history to the application that i will be sending to MCE.but im afraid this will affect my application....
