There is a line below the section about a PR card saying that holders of a valid Canadian visa can transit visa-free, however the OP is not transiting, he is actually entering the Schengen zone on his domestic flight from Toulouse to Amsterdam.

1. What country is the OP from? Holding what nationality passport?
2. Discussing it here is not enough. Get the information from a reliable source. Because if you do not have a visa you need, they will not even let you on the plane. Your travel agent should know, but may not. I would directly ask at the French embassy and the Netherlands embassy in your country.
3. The Canadian visa will help you in the sense that it will make it easier for the visa officers in the French and Netherlands embassies to believe that you will in fact leave their countries. Thus they are more likely to issue what ever visa is needed.
