Does studying high school (12th grade) in Canada will help me in getting PR in future? As a international student?

No additional points for high school education in Canada. It will be the same as if you studied in your home country. There are no benefits for PR.
Ok thanks but will it be easier for me to get admission in college as I have graduated from Canadian public school and if secured good marks?
Good grades will get you an admission not the place where you study in high school.
