Does stock market investment work as proof of funds? if yes,what are the necessary documents needed to present before the VO?

I am not sure about this issue. Better you may talk with VFS Dhaka.
In general sense, I think Stock is not liquid as money. Stock value can increase or decrease, so it can't be a proof of fund. But you can show Stock as asset. It could give a positive sign on your application.

2. Printout of portfolio statement & attested by Stock Broker.
3. DPA6 Report from CDBL of your BO Account.
