Hi there,
My PR application is in process and I have already paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) on June 14, 2013. I was wondering what is the tentative time frame to get the PR card after RPRF?
Though I have legal Papers to stay in Canada, I have to leave Canada on October for my new job in state. Is it going to affect my PR application? I would be grateful if I can get conclusive answer from this forum.

Thanks in advance,
Nik

You won't get the PR card after RPRF. You will get the passport request and the PR visa. Once you have the visa, you will have to 'land' in Canada before the expiry date on your visa. Once you have landed, the PR card will be issued.

As for providing you with information regarding when you can expect the passport request / PR visa issuance - it's difficult to comment given you haven't told us how you applied (which program), when and through which visa office.

Thanks scylla. I know that what next after RPRF. But my only worry is that If I leave the country, is it going to affect my PR application? Could you please comment on this. I have applied for NSNP as a skilled worker.

Thanks in advance,
Nik
