Does PNP candidates have only one chance under EE

Hi Guys,

I have this question bothering me since I am nominated from OIPNP.

I am with 400 CRS before nomination and been reading posts in this community that some of the EE applications are rejected and they had to recreate profile and wait for another nomination.

Does PNP nominated guys has only one chance. In case if VO rejects the application after ITA due to any issue and if appeal is not working I understood that those who have scores above 450 created new profile and started process again.

What is the situation for PNP nominated people like me. Can we request Provinces to renominate or tag 600 to another newly created EE profile

If your nomination from a PNP has not expired, yes, you can use it again. Even after it expires, some Provinces renew it for justifiable reasons.

Like Bahamas suggested, for justifiable reasons, the nomination can be reissued. Some applicants under OINP have had issues with CIC and had their nominations reinstated for a new profile.
