I was in abroad (USA) from 2008 to 2009 for 20 months.
Is it required PCC from this country ???

Its mandatory to submit all countries PCC if you have lived in that country for up to 6 months.

Yes if I'm not wrong you need to show history from all countries from your date of birth.

You need PCC for any country you have lived in for more than 6 months since the age of 18.

Well, I am also in similar situation. I was in Uruguay (South America) for about 18 months and i have tried different ways to get PCC from Uruguay but have no luck.

But I agree with one of the comment which says we need to submit PCC from all countries where in our stay is more than 6 months since 18 years of age.

I am sure, many would be in same situation and i think some of them would have managed to get PCC from USA.

That is going to depend on the country you lived in. In some countries you can send someone with a copy of your passport and you could get the pcc right away, in others it could take months.

You can investigate in the embassy in usa of the country you lived in.
