Does PCC need to be notarized by some Canadian authority?

Hi all,

After getting the PCC from another country the embassy in Canada stamps it. Is that sufficient to submit it or do i need to notarize it by a canadian body first? Say global affairs?

PCC itself needs to be submitted in original copy issued by govt of a country. It doesn't need to be notified.
