Does ordering IM100 trigger residency review ??

Hi guys ,

I'm in Canada and went to get my sin reactivated and she said she couldn't do it with my expired pr. we don't have a IM100 so we would need to get one ordered. I don't meet the ro ... Will this trigger ? My mom , dad and sister all are citizens now so it should so that they are citizens and I'm a PR.

I made it over the border last month presenting my out of date pr card with no problems . This next stumbling block is scaring me lol.

Did you apply for VOS? How did it go? Did it trigger RO when you applied for the VOS?
