Does OCD make me medically inadmissible for permanent residency?

Hello I'm currently a student and considering getting my phd in Canada and after that stay there. I have a question regarding PR. I have OCD and I take meds to control it. This website shows that OCD costs about 12000 CAD on federal government on average so It's below the 20000 threshold. Do I have to be worry about being inadmissible due to the excessive demand? (I'm not sure how OCD in my case cost in Canada so I'm using the average) If yes what options do I have?
