I need to apply for a TRV as a student(Multiple). I am now in Canada and would like my friend in New York to apply my TRV as a representative for me as I don't have a U.S visa.
Is it ok to apply to new York consulate for this case?
Are the files sent to buffalo office or the processing is done in the new York consulate it's self?
what is the processing time it takes, if I apply it by hand?
How will I receive the passport back ?
