I am sponsoring my spouse under outland spousal sponsorship. If my spouse’s outland sponsorship is in process and she came in Canada on TRV under dual intent, does she have to go back home after the Approval of Outland spousal sponsorship?
Does my spouse has to go back home if she came in Canada as TRV under Dual intent and sponsorship got approved ?

No she don't need to, she will be doing a virtual landing and no passport stamping. Once your spouse is here in canada, update her address to Canadian address
Only potential reason for having to return home would be for an interview but if you have lived together for a year there is unlikely to be an interview request.
Make sure your spouse has undated their address. If you hadn’t spent much time in person before applying for sponsorship I would suggest submitting evidence of living together after a few months.
