I have completed my 4 year bachelor of fine arts degree in University of Alberta, and a certificate in video game development that I completed during my study at the university. I received both the degree and certificate upon graduation. I wonder if the certificate would count as "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be a program of three or more years" since I completed the certificate along with my degree.

Quote my advisor at the university: "Yes, it is an official certificate offered by the University... ...The certificate itself would not have years associated with it as you complete the courses as part of your degree. "

If you had completed the certificate separately as full time studies, how long would it have taken? How many months or years?

The certificate requires 18 course credits at least, with 2 courses must be taken in different semesters. So probably 2 semesters, one full time, one part time.

Hmmm... I'm not sure in that case. If it was at least a 2 semester / 8 month program full time, then I would say definitely yes. In this case I'm not sure. I guess you can try and see what happens.
