Does my Father need study permit/visa to attend English Lang. School in Canada?

Hi Guys,

Quick question, does my Father need a study permit/visa to attend English Language School in Canada if he already has Parent Super Visa?

If he does need a study permit/visa, where should I apply for it, how long will it take to get it and how much does it cost?

If his studies are going to be six months or less then no study permit is required. If he plans to study for more than six months, then he will need a study permit.
