Does My Agent aplied fpr my Visa Or not ! Hw do i know ?

i had apllied for visitor visa hw do i know does my agent aplied or not for my visa !! he given me apllications number but coun't found any status about that file . he gave me refusal hw do i nw is it real or not . thanx in advance my application number was V318218913 !! And hw many days vfs canada takes to issue GCMS Notes .

As you authorized your agent to represent you/file your application on your behalf, IRCC will not communicate with you. You can try emailing the relevant visa office.

It could take 4-5 weeks to get GCMS notes. However, from the IRCC website, recently there has been an increase in the number of requests for GCMS notes. So it could take much longer
