Does mutual fund license count as a certificate of qualification

Hi, I currently work as an Advisor with a big 5 bank and I have a securities license with the job. I am registered representative with MFDA which is a federal body.
I would like to know if this counts as a certificate of qualification under Canadian experience class which would enable me to get higher points.

No, it does not. Points are on scored for certifications of qualifications related to trades.
